Hm...as cool as this is...seems like a bad idea to me.
1) You can vote for yourself
2) Most of the voting will be done by regular forum visitors and thus will be biased more towards people who are popular on the forums.

yeah but if mainsiters vote then itd be like astro and sm on the top constantly which means no problems are solved

you can cheat with proxies but i dont think anybody is

There should be some kind of improvement on that. It makes the whole thing 'How much time do you spend on your computer' sort of thing, not 'vote for a good scratcher!' thing. Maybe making it so you can't vote for yourself? I'm sorry, I find myself giving votes to only me and same for other people.
