That's because Trinary uses stuff from his/her site on ScratchRank, so the security program just thinks it's a threat. is there a way to turn off the filter or unblock a site?

Are you sure? The domain is a 000webhost domain, which is also blocked by default in my antivirus.

No, it's hosted on his domain on 000webhost which is masked by the .tk redirection (not DNS)
