Phantom comments
Go here.
You see the project "Perspective Pen" has 16 comments. But if you go on the project and actually count all the comments, there are only 9. Also I never received messages for those missing 7 comments. So what's going on?

There are 16. Make sure you're looking at every comment by clicking all of the (view all replies) buttons.
Also, you do not get messages for replies to other's comments on your projects.

You should actually look at the project before you jump to conclusions -_- There are no replies.

I did look at the project. And they're there - all 16.
If you only see 9, you probably flagged WO997's comment, "Look at my game! http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/WO997/2551493". So it and all of its replies will not appear.

Yeah. I think that comments that are flagged by a user should still appear (unless it is removed), but on the comment, it should say that you flagged it...
