I got a base, like a cardboard, paper towl tube, and stuffed it with paper towels or tape to make it stronger. Then I wrapped it with a layer or two of paper towls, and then did about five tape layers.

All of them? Well, I could've spent another hours making it perfect, but me and my friend just wanted something to play ball with. It took me 15 minutes, but it wasn't that ood. Working for a while, though...it can get really good.
