Do I have to use "contact us" to email the scratch team? I replied to a reply from the scratch team using my normal email program and did not receive the "Autoreply - we received your message". Should I send it again? My program (Thunderbird) said it was sent sucessfully.

As I know it, you can only use the Contact Us Page, as no other Email, or messaging account is mentioned, it would be good though to have a dedicated messaging system for it!

From my experience, if you send a reply to the Scratch Team (to help@scratch.mit.edu), it won't give you an autoreply, so don't worry.

@daniel_j: The Contact Us page is recommended, but I believe you can directly use their email address too (as I mentioned above).
