I've come close to building a website with the same concept, but Scratch's forums are really the best places to ask, due to all the Scratch experts being here and the Scratch Team checks for questions every-once-in-a-while.

Really yes, but I see something like this working with more active users and being more widespread (like, linked somewhere in the main page).

No. Based on my experience (3 times(!)), wikia is a virus, so I try not to go there. At least on my home computer.
Question:
Why doesn't anyone post on my topics/threads?

I know what the Scratch Wiki is, but that wiki gives a lot information on some stuff, and what if I am looking for a really specific thing, I might not find it. This site is an easier way of asking any question.

Hmm... I will point out there's already another answers site, http://scratch.answers.wikia.com (which I actually happen to be an admin of). However I don't really do anything there anymore since we do have the Scratch Wiki now.
