To make a meme, it has to have a back story or an origin. For example, the "You don't say?" meme originated from a nicholas cage movie, and someone turned it into a rage face and it became popular on reddit, tumblr, etc
Also, a more recent meme: Overly attatched girlfriend. Spawned from a youtube video just like nyan cat, spread around reddit, BAM new famous meme.
SO yeah. It will probably need an origin to become popular...

Made it becuz I saw this, and then went to make my own in Inkscape. I was playing around with the earlier mentioned project, and made it look like the cat was thinking "Oops, sorry!" so I was trying to replicate that. Then, when I finished, it looked more like "Why that sounds dreadful!" and then this came to be.
