I have made a couple useful FluxBB modifications.
Here they are:
Shift-click Moderation - you can select multiple posts on the moderate page by shift-clicking
Advertising Made Simple - you can install ads in your forum very easily
And, then, my favorite: Anti-SPAM mod - this will help prevent spam on your forums using a hidden password field.
All of these mods are very easy to install, so try them out now!

Sweet, I don't use them, but they seem useful for some forums.

Any chance you can make the Anti-SPAM mod for PunBB? PunBB happens to be my forum of choice, and they are quite similar.
If you could do that, then you'd make my day!
(If you can't, I'll be using FluxBB.)

I'll try in a minute, but remember not much has happened to PunBB since it was bought by Informer, while FluxBB is being constantly developed.

The anti-SPAM mod for PunBB is available at http://www.mediafire.com/?v8p989c5k9da8ly.
Please note that this only works if you have the latest version.

I have 1.4.1. Will that work?

Give me a few minutes to test it.

I hate being a noob. I can't even run a PHP script! ;_;
It's supposed to be here, but I am stupid.

Ok, that's weird. Did you upload it into the public_html folder?

Yet again. It's in the same directory as public_html. Wait, I'll move it.
Man, I should really get a clue.
EDIT: Yay, it's successful! Thanks, jvvg!

You need to upload it into the /public_html folder, and then can access it at the URL you mentioned above.

You're welcome! Enjoy a forum with many fewer spammers!

I don't know if I did something wrong, but I didn't really notice any differences when I installed the anti-spam mod.
Still a nice mod, though, I like how you don't need to edit the files manually.

From what I gather, you had few to no spammers before you installed it.

We were getting around one per day.

It's also possible that spambots have already started to adapt (which would be annoying). In that case, I have to redesign the whole thing.

Ever since installing the PMS mod on Steve's forums, I have tried to make my mods have an auto installer.

Hahaha, exactly. That thing's a beast, I finally gave up and just had my buddy Patcher install it for me once.
