No 60sec rule for trusted members
I say that if you have been on Scratch for a while, and have a lot of projects, and have little history of bad behaviour in the past, you could become a trusted member with no 60sec rule.
This would have to apply to the TBGs as well.

There will be a new rank for trusted Scratchers when 2.0 comes out, and they will likley have a reduced wait time.

I contacted the ST and they said they might implement this.
I'd say 30 seconds, though.
