Not sure how to do this. Should I include Scotland separate from the UK?

Just to share my opinion, I'm down-voting the USA, not to increase another's chances but because of their healthcare.
What part of it specifically?
All of it. Mainly the fact that it isn't payed for by tax, but instead from insurances or paying for each thing that happens to you. (or not all of it)
All of it?
Most of it's pretty positive, the main thing people are disliking is that if you don't get health insurance (and you make a certain amount a year) than you pay a 1% tax.

Why is everyone downvoting the UK?

It's terrible, if you are poor, get some bad disease or something and need a big operation your life is pretty much ruined.

Oh, you're right. I just looked it up.
Some consider it a country, some don't, but officially I think it's not.
My personal opinion is that you should though, it has a whole other culture separate than the UK area (as in London, etc.)

How it has always worked. OC is a step in the right direction I think.

Oh, I agree with you.
The thing is, a lot of Americans (mainly Republicans) have a different perspective of freedom. Freedom is complete freedom from the government in their eyes, so to them they think paying healthcare taxes is government interference.

+1 Cuba. Completely serious, I was born and raised by non-discriminatory, left-wing (not liberal, like Communist left-wing) people so what's happening to Cuba is disgusting.
-1 America. They block Cuba from having supplies-basically starving them out. It's kind of country wide torture.Sorry if I'm not very up to date, but what's happening in Cuba?
What's been happening for ages, you mean. No ships or any form of transport are allowed to go from the US to Cuba, which doesn't sound too bad until you consider the fact they're blocking Cuba from having any sort of food. Furniture has to be guarded, as does food do everyone can have their fair share. The US is one of the single biggest suppliers, but it doesn't let Cuba have any because they use a different political system.
