Most people have a wrong impression about remixing. These projects can show what remixing is all about! Just the quality, integrity, and COMPLETE AWESOMENESS of the remix.

if you want to show your opinions on remixing to the community id suggest promoting remixed projects to be featured

This seems unnecessary. If the remix is good enough it'll get on the front page anyways (featured, curator, or just most viewed). I do like the idea of promoting remixing, but I don't think this is the best way.
Also, where would we draw the line? Many scratch projects are inspired by other projects. How similar would it have to be to the original?

If it says "based on", maybe I only took 1 script. Case in point: Is this a remix of this? I used one single block of code. But is it still a remix? (I know it doesn't say based on, but it is).
