I am making an improved version of the DOS shell for Windows. It runs in a command line program, and allows the user to run DOS commands using a "sys" command, and adds some of it's own.
Here is the alpha.
currently it is only a framework, with no use, but it will be improved.

Alpha 0.2 is approaching release, and will add system interaction. The library, although unimplemented, is also growing.

Why is the GPL file not included with the program. When you put your program under the GPL license, you are mean't to include the license file too.
